The CBCA invites you to apply to participate in our CBCA Clayton Oktoberfest!.  This event has been a huge success, with most of our vendors coming back year after year.  Clayton is a unique, friendly and historic city, nestled at the base of Mount Diablo and approximately 7 miles from Walnut Creek.

APPLICATIONS:  Final application deadline is AUG 30th, 2024.  Notification of your acceptance status will be sent no later than September 5th, 2024.  All applications are juried and categories are limited to maintain a balanced show.   CBCA retains the right to accept or deny applications; the decision of the jurors is final.  (No refunds after October 1st, 2024)

 

ENTRY FEES:

 Arts/Crafts – $350 (10’ x 10’ space)  

 Food on the Street (Consumables) - $500 (10’ x 10’ space) + 10% of gross receipts + Health Dept. Permit Fee ($140)  and a refundable clean-up deposit of $100, returned upon inspection by Food Committee.

 ​Food on the Street (Prepackaged) - $350 (10’ x 10’ space) + Health Dept. Permit Fee ($140).

(Some Arts & Crafts applicants MAY be asked to provide a COI later)  If you do not have one available now, you can provide at a later time if application is approved.
